Free Basic Electricity (FBE) is a government program, provided by Eskom and municipalities, that gives free electricity to households in need to help make life easier.

How do I know if I qualify?
You may qualify if:
- ✅You use a prepaid electricity meter
- ✅Your household is registered as indigent with your municipality
- ✅You receive other free basic services (like free water)
